CONTAINER FILLING SYSTEMS

A range of semi and fully automatic systems designed to fill
either a single drum/container or multi drum/ containers on a pallet.
Capable of filling container sizes from approximately
100g to 6000Kg or 100ml to 6000 Litres.

Systems are available with a complete range of accessories including
Depalletisers and Palletisers, Conveyors, Labelling Equipment
and Capping and Bunging Equipment. Weights and Measures
approved and hazardous area systems are available as standard.

DRUM/IBC EMPTYING & INGREDIENTS ADDITION SYSTEMS

Systems are desined to efficiently empty product from containers
of a wide variety of sizes. Ingredients Addition Systems accurately
dispense products to Process Vessels or other plant using
Gravimetric or Volumetric measurement.

To minimise cross-contamination Product Recovery or Line Pigging
Systems can be incorporated. Systems for use on hazardous
substances can be totally enclosed in Fume Booths with
remote operator access.

DRUM/IBC EMPTYING & INGREDIENTS ADDITION SYSTEMS

ODOUR CONTROL SYSTEMS

The range includes Chemical and Biological, Dry and Wet Scrubber
Systems designed to continuously remove odours from ventilation
systems associated with water treatment & manufacturing process plant.

Biological Systems include bio-scrubbers and bio-filters.
In Wet Chemical Systems the reactions take place in packed
columns, Dry Scrubbers work on the principle of a chemical reaction
occuring in a bed of impregnated carbon or similar material.
Systems are usually Custom Built to suit specific applications.

CORROSION RESISTANT FANS & VALVES

A comprehensive range of Valves & Plastic Fans is available to
compliment the range of Odour Control Systems. Both Centrifugal and
Axial design Fans are available suitable for volumetric flow rates of
between 50 and 140,000 m3/h and pressures of up to 5,000 Pa.

KLB lined Ball Valves are cast in SG Iron to BS2789 grade 420/12 and
lined with 3 to 5mm of high grade PFA. The liner is locked to the body
to ensure positive retention of the liner under vacuum service.
The Valve liners are fully compatible with PTFE lined piping.

PRODUCT RECOVERY & LINE PIGGING SYSTEMS

Kanon are specialists in the design, engineering and
installation of Product Recovery and Line Pigging Systems.
A comprehensive range of Traditional Pigging Systems is available
including the CCFRA Approved Magnasphere system designed
specifically for use in the Hygienic Process Industry.

In addition to traditional systems Kanon also offer New Technology
Product Recovery Systems that enable product to be efficiently
recovered through Valves, Plate Heat Exchangers, Pipelines
with differing diameters and other restrictions to normal pigging.

TANKER ACCESS & LOADING SYSTEMS

Kanon Liquid Handling supply the entire range of products & services
available from our associate company Kanon Loading Equipment BV.
The product range includes Access Platforms, Folding Stairs, Safety
Cages and Top & Bottom Tanker Loading Arms for Road & Rail Tankers
plus a full range of Marine Tanker Loading Arms. Available accessories
include Overfill protection, Grounding sets and Vapour recovery.

Services include full design & engineering to relevant EU standards,
Custom Manufacture of non-standard items and complete Mechanical, Civil,

IN-LINE SIGHT GLASSES

Kanon supply a comprehensive range of Standard and Made-to-Order
In-Line Sight Glasses to suit applications in the Process Industry.
All Wetted parts are in PTFE or Borosilicate Glass. The Sight Glasses
provide full bore flow and incorporate Clear Perspex safety guards.

A range of sizes from 1" to 8" is available as standard with special sizes,
flange specification and graduations being available as Made-to-Order.
A range of Pharmaceutical Grade Stainless Steel In-Line Sight Glasses
is also available.

AUTOBATCH MULTI-VALUE BATCHING SYSTEMS

Autobatch is a highly accurate method of adding small quantities of
ingredients in a batch manufacturing process. Applications include Ink,
Paint and Dye mixing to pre-determined shades, tints and full colour
references. The Autobatch Software allows full menu based formulations
to be quickly, efficiently and consistently created and provides a
comprehensive manufacturing and quality control report facility.

Batch sizes can vary from 50g to 3000Kg. Systems can be either
pump or gravity fed and can be used in hazardous areas.

FALL ARREST SYSTEMS

To complement our involvement in supplying and installing
Tanker Access equipment, Kanon are approved designers and
installers of Fall Arrest Systems. The range available includes both
Line and Rail type systems and is complete with a comprehensive
list of Personal Protection Equipment.

We are qualified to undertake full "turnkey" projects from design,
through provision and installation of steelwork if required, to system
installation, testing, commissioning and inspection.

Kanon design, supply and install Custom Built CIP systems that
